I didn’t know what to expect when I sat down to listen to Canadian percussionist Martin Daigle’s recent album, Drum Machines, a collaboration with composers Pierre Alexandre Tremblay and Sulvain Pohu, but my expectations couldn’t possibly have matched the joyous experience of listening to it.
